My Account screen explained

Updated over a month ago

The My Account screen is where you manage your personal and business details, view your subscription status, and access billing. You can reach it by clicking your name in the top right corner of any Finoya screen and selecting My Account.

Subscription section

At the top of the My Account screen you will see your current subscription status. This shows:

β€’ Plan: the plan you are currently on.

β€’ Status: whether your subscription is active, in trial, or lapsed.

β€’ Days Remaining: how many days are left in your current billing period.

β€’ Next Billing: the date your next payment will be charged.

From here you can click Manage to go to the Billing and Subscription screen, or click Billing Management to update your payment method.

Business profile section

Below the subscription section is your business profile. This is the information Finoya holds about you and your business. These details help Finoya contextualise your financial data and allow Noya to give you more relevant analysis.

Payroll Frequency

You can update most of your business profile details at any time from the My Account screen. Changes take effect immediately and will be reflected in Noya's analysis from the next time data is processed.

Note

Not all fields are editable directly. Your email address and accounting platform connection cannot be changed through the Edit screen. See below for what to do if you need to change either of these.

Changing your email address

Your email address is your Finoya login and cannot be changed through the My Account screen. If you need to update the email address on your account, contact support via the chat. The support team will verify your identity before making any change to your login credentials.

Changing your connected accounting platform

The Accounting Platform field reflects your active connection and cannot be edited manually. If you need to switch to a different accounting platform, for example moving from Xero to QuickBooks, contact support before making any changes. Switching platforms requires the old connection to be removed before the new one is established, and doing this in the wrong order can create duplicate connection records.
